Hi everyone...

I didn't work out last night. I'm not sure what to do tonight. I need something with a high fun factor that's not strength or circuit training because I have MM on tap tomorrow. I was supposed to run today, but I can't do that.

I had an amazing run yesterday on the TM (sorry Shelley). I ran 9.74K in 60min. A new PR. You think I can finally manage to run a 10K in 60min. this year?? I don't know if it's my solid running base that I've built over the years, or whether it's the spinning classes, but I was amazingly fast yesterday (for me that is). I was playing with the speed. I could even hold an 11K/hour speed for 1K. Without losing control of my breathing.

This morning I was supposed to do KPC (March rotation), but I'm doing a lot of cardio these days, so I decided against KPC. Instead I did abs of off Ab Hits and a yogazone: 2x20min segments. 1st segment focused on legs, 2nd segment on UB. My legs were a little stiff when I got out of bed, but after the yoga, they felt fine again.

Shelley: You sound as is you are in a workout slump...I hope you find a fun workout for tonight...RS and SB are my 'fun' workouts.

Hi everyone:

I will be doing Cardio Coach #3 and probably SB. We have another snow day here in Minnesota so I have all day to workout and clean. :) I'm sure I'll do more working out than cleaning.

Morning ladies. Well, ANOTHER rest day for me today. ARGH!!!x( My shoulder was aching pretty bad last night. I thought it probably wouldn't be a good idea to do even do cardio since all Cathe's cardio workouts involve so much arm movement. It seems to be feeling better so far this morning, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed that by tomorrow I'll be good to go. I'll probably stick with cardio for tomorrow and hold off another day or two on lifting weights. This is SO frustrating!!!;(

Today was Leg and Glutes, and abs from MIS.

Shelley - Go for SB, or a cardio premix from that DVD, you have to have a good time!:)

Katie - rest that arm, do lower body or low impact cardio. Your muscles will thank you!!:7
 
Morning, everyone!

Today I'm scheduled to do the Gauntlet, but actually I'm feeling urges towards GS-Legs. I need a bit of cardio today, along with legs, though. We shall see.

Shelley - do plyo moves hurt your hips too, or is it just the running? My favorite fun workouts are Imax2 and Step Blast.

Dutchie - I envy you your speed. I'm slower than a slug when I run.

Tammy - have fun!

Marcia - SB is my all-time favorite!

Katie - you take care of that shoulder. You need to have it ready to go when Cathe starts filming!

So far so good at the new job! It's a start up - things move SO FAST! The boss guy seems great - he has JUST started on a workout routine - he had been working 14 hr days and is focusing on getting back in shape. I'm pretty high energy and he makes me look LOW key ;)

Did PUB Tuesday - Weds was rest - today IMax. Maybe I'll still with Iseries - Is there enough cardio??

Well gotta run to work - the 7 mile commute is WONDERFUL :)
 
Robyn: Aren't all Cathe workouts must haves? HSC is 60 minutes of non-stop action...I thought I was going to die!
 
Hi all...

I'm not sure how my work out will go today..I may not be able to fit it all in...If I leave something out, it will be U/B as I can double up tomorrow!

I have 10*10*10 on tap for today w/whatever U/B part that is, abs and my mini-leg routine that I've been doing.

Shelley, sorry you can't run. Hopefully soon.

Hi Everyone! I am a little late today!

Today for my one body part a day rotation I did Legs.....a workout I realized I've never done before!! Timesaver #5 in full (legs/glutes and abs) If anyone else out there has missed it, I highly recommend it! I cranked the music and had fun!}( For cardio I did a 30 min. treadmill run.

Jane, where are you today? I hope the shoulder isn't acting up again!!!!

Becky – I think you have started something women. One body part a day, the more I think about it the more I like it :p Please, show me what your week rotation looks like.

Are you a single mom too? I thought so. There are a bunch of us. I've been one for 16 years! A record I think

Thank you for your concern. I'm doing just fine, trust me. I guess the real reasons for not working out was, I just wanted to reflect on some things in my life and get some direction :9 :9 :9

My children are grown :p :p I do have 5 grand children. Can't hardly wait till tonight, to work off some stress. Thank you.

Hi everyone,

This morning I did SJP. Always a fun workout. Anything from the Body Blast series is always a fun workout. :)

Katie - Rhythmic Step is a workout that does not have a lot of arm movement, and the bit that is there can be ignored. I think that's why I find it an "easier" cardio workout, overall. I hope your shoulder feels better soon.

Sandra, I hope you enjoy SJP. SJP was great for me today. I forgot how much I enjoy the music in that workout. Stevie Nicks helped me complete more of the ab portion than usual. (I always have to modify the ab portion in my workouts. I guess it's those two c-sects, because of the vertical incision.) Also, SJP was my first Cathe workout, and it felt great to be able to do it without modification (except for some of the abs - bicycles and plankwork - of course :)).

Imax 2 tomorrow!
