Hi gals,

Today was Taebo Get Amped workout because I was short on time.

Middle son possibly has an interview next week for a job at the local newspaper ( he is a Journalist) and needed an 'emergency' hair cut so I got him in today at noon. Plus had to drop youngest son at the college to work on his projects. Now I am home but need to go to the bank, and I have a job related training tonight at 5.

Hi ladies meso3 plyo legs disc 29 today! Lots of jumps and plyo moves and lots of lunges as well. A tough one!!! How is everyone doing?

Today was not a good day for streaming from totalfitnessdvds. I had wanted to try seasun zieger's Stepping up, but 11 min into it, I was a bit confused and it wouldn't stop buffering. I decided not to continue with it as it was just not giving me enough of a w/o like that. I then tried Illaria's Powerstrike 5. Again after abt 15 min it kept buffering.

It was just not happening. I then switched to Youtube where I had found Turbo Sports class 1, with Chalene's li'l sister. I managed to do that one with no buffering problems despite also using Chromecast. Fun w/o, lots of turbo fire moves in it, but still different. My ankle was still not 100% ok, so I hope I haven't made it way worse. [emoji53]

Great workouts indeed!!! Today I did Rippedism Plyo Surge - cardio+ partial chest/shoulder workout which was stellar!

Henriette- I get it about the buffering. That's what I stopped using Cathe Live - my computer couldn't handle it and my image was never great - or the sound. I have an older computer though.

Sandy - I loved Meso 3 - especially all the leg workouts.

Annette - i hope you had a great birthday.

Henriette -I am sometimes having this same issue with fitnessGlo on any videos that are longer than 20 minutes. I will give it another week or so before I pull the plug cause I think the instructors are top notch. Being frustrated during the first bit of a workout messes the mojo of it all!
Annette - Have my fingers crossed for your son! :) Must be neat to have a writer in the family.
Sandy - I really like the Plyo ones! They go by so quickly I find.
Siobhan - You are doing tough Plyo as well. Bravo!
You all impress me every day and I mean that.
Need to be dressed like an onion. That is how we say it in Italian, meaning wearing several layers of clothing
LOVE this! I'm from Atlantic Canada & from April to July, this is the way to dress. lol.

This morning I got in a long walk. This evening I'm doing Tracie Long Defining Shape (one I turn on when I am not really feeling it!) plus a quick and heavy KBell routine. Will not be able to do any walks past 5:30 now as we have someone assaulting women on the trails here. Need to be safe. Yesterday I just stayed close to home and the library. I miss doing the trails though.
