Hello, how is everyone doing?

Today I am just doing stability ball DOMS stretching. Probably will get on the ski machine tonight for 25 mins of cardio.
Yesterday was my first time doing FlexTrain & it gave me some DOMS - particularly triceps!

Hi Elsie and all following later,

This morning I had my stitches removed which was a little painful but although the scar is sensitive I felt like I could move with less pain. Yeah! Finally able to do real cardio again.

Today my 3 new KCM dvds arrived but after not having done any Cathe Live for a week and knowing this is my last month of Cathe live for now I wanted to just have fun. I returned to Step on it... Step choreo that was fun fun fun and now I am sweating buckets. I barely felt my scar and despite having had a headache all week doing something that makes me happy felt great, just hope it won't make me feel worse as it was quite intense. I did it with 2 risers again even though Cathe just uses 1 on each side, but I kept up despite the height difference.

Hi there! Today was a rest day for me, lots of errands and things to do. My DH and I have spent this morning
looking for local farms that sell their own fruits and veggies. There are a lot where we live, but we use to do our grocery shopping at big supemarkets. Now we wish to change this a little bit. Today I also bought a 22 pounds weighted vest so I can do my legs heavy work even if I cannot hold heavy weights (and I'm afraid that will be a must for quite long time).
Yesterday I did Lean Legs and abs, then added one of Core Max routines, the one with the medicine ball.
Elsie, Flextrain isn't easy at all! Stretching is always good, something I tend to neglect. See you all tomorrow!
