I did 30 minutes of the Ultimate Taebo today for my cardio.

Great workout.

Today I did a mix of Millionaire Hoy Workouts - 20 minute hiit + 30 minute lower body hiit + Chest/back workout. It was a good long workout today to make up for two rest days. I am just studying today so might throw in an ab workout after a midday nap. I love naps.
