Good morning!

Just wanted to start this today to tell Carole I saw your picture trail. Has it been up long or am I just that non-observant!!?? Great pics. It was nice to see a pic of you running! The scenery pics are so pretty! Thanks for sharing.

Yesterday was KM and yes Carole those blasts will get ya! I kinda like them though! (???) :p LIS followed and it is a little hard to step coming off KM and those LCD's

Today is MM for the first time and a 20 min interval run.

Good Morning Fitness Friends!

Yesterday I did LIS, CM w/stability ball, and Stretch #3.

Today I am thinking about joining you Jan. rotationers....and doing MM and a run. I might do the timesaver premix, which knocks off about 15 minutes from the 72 workout, but I'll see how I'm doing timewise. I have a dr. appointment this morning, so I have to watch the time.

It's raining and dreary here this morning but tomorrow it's going to be sunny and near 60 degrees!! A treat for us in Ohio in January, for sure!!:D Maybe I can get outside for a long walk!

Today is Tear It Up and some Cathe cardio. I got up early to work out before the funeral but I have to leave in 1.5 hours anyway and have myself AND Joey to get ready so I'm thinkin' I need to skip this idea and hopefully I can fit it in when I get home...Oh well!

I have a rotation worked out for the next round of SS starting tomorrow. I am incorporating the upper body Gymstyles, cathe cardio, walking lunges and extra abs into it. It's a 10 day rotation doing an SS work out every other day and I'm excited to get started tomorrow!:)

Well, I've had it! Last night my chest started to feel tight and I started coughing a little. I went to bed early and when I woke up this morning my chest was on fire and I am coughing up a bunch of crap (sorry, TMI). I got dressed to workout anyway thinking I'd at least start and see how I felt. Well, as I'm getting out my equipment I get this cough attack that told me this was not a good idea. So, I went back to bed. I just CAN'T catch a break!!! If it's not one thing it's another. I was all hyped to do IMAX 2 this morning and now it could be days before I can workout again!
And to top it all of, it's DD bday tomorrow and mine on Friday, so we have a bunch of plans for the weekend.:( I just got over being sick!!!

Sigh, I'm sorry to be whining so much lately, but all I want is to get back on track and I feel like it's never going to happen.

Hello Everyone. This morning my body decided it needed some more sleep so I obliged. But that means I have to do CTX 10*10*10 and Step+INtervals tonight after walking around a trade show all day!

Racquet ball never happened last night as we showed up at 5:40 for our 6pm reservation which they didn't seem to have!!!x( We were looking so forward to it. Oh well, I guess we'll have to try next week.

Ok, back to work before going to the trade show. Have a good day everyone!

Jane, I just decided I should add my Picture trail a few days ago. I still want to add more pictures but my scanner isn't working. So I am hoping too get it working soon. Thanks for your kind words. The run is in Ashland, Oregon and the scenery is beautiful. You will like MM, its a tough one...:)

Becky, that Jan rotation is a good one, have fun! It is rainng here too, not my favorite running weather...:)

Hi everyone, yesterday I did Firm it Up of the Slim Series and I rode my stationary bike for 1 hour. Today I will do Shape it Up of the Slim Series, Turbo Jam 20 minutes workout and stationary bike. I can stop tracking my order for the new TJ workouts. I can't wait to try them.

Just did GS Chest and Triceps! WOW I love it. I ended out resting yesterday

Carole I love your pics. It's so nice to see pics of everyone it really does feel even more like we know eachother more.

Hi everyone,

Today, or rather yesterday was P90X shoulders and arms, and the first few exercises in ab ripper X (I decided to just try it out since it's on the disc even though it's not on the rotation for today. Man, my core is weak!).


Carole, I have to agree with everyone else. You rock! 4 miles in the rain after sS/A and Abs?!! I felt charged after my
workout, but I just danced around the house while cooking dinner. I'm glad I come here. All of you motivate me to dig deeper and push myself a little harder.

Thanks Pamela for your kind words. AbRipperX is hard. Have you tried Core Synergistics yet?...that will test your core big time...this is a great place to come for motivation...:)...Carole
