Daily Check-in Hallowe'en 2022

Good Morning Everyone,

Today needs no date as it's obvi! Today I did a Cathe Live for Upper Body. It was a mix of weights and cardio for about 40 minutes. Now, to do my own stretch.

Joyeux Hallowe'en tout le monde! I have candy, chocolate bars and chips ready for the trick-or-treaters.

- Spine Align, Deep Squats, Arc Extensions 10m

Nice workout Siobhan! We live so far out in the woods that we never get Trick-or-Treaters.

Today I did:
CatheLive - Halloween “Hocus Pocus” - 29 min. This is the cutest workout and has some great compound moves in it.
Cathe Blender - Stacked Abs & Cardio Intervals - 15 min.
Bitgym - Gran Canaria, Canary Islands, Spain - Elliptical Hike - 10 min.

Oh, Lannette, I think you asked a question about the blender previously, which I didn’t
answer. It does not take too long to blend a workout, especially if you already know
what workouts, chapters you want to use. I have had the blender since the beginning,
and currently have over 1000 workouts in my library…. Yep, that’s right….:):). Too many,
I know….but if I get on a roll, watch out (LOL).

Hi ladies,

My day was messed up due to a dentist appointment.

Before the dentist I crammed in 2 very short Taebo workouts, one for kicking and 1 for punching, about 20 minutes total. Not much but something, tomorrow's plan is a weight workout at the gym. I have another dentist appointment on Wednesday, sigh. Neverending.
