Hi Everyone,

Today i did a mix of 25 minutes on the bike - SSOD + more SSOD - 20 minutes of tabata style KB's + stretch. Good sweat fest.

Nice pic Melanie. The weather looked lovely for an outdoor workout!

Yesterday was High Low Hiit Live and today Kickbox plus Compound Weights Live.

So happy it is Friday also!!

Today I took son to work by 8:30 and then hit the gym before my class.

I did 12 minutes on the stair machine and then 20 minutes of legs and abs, including floorwork for both, then did 30 minutes on the elliptical machine.

Then I taught my Variety Circuit to 6 ladies for 55 minutes, this workout has some dance moves, dumbbells for the weights, some kickboxing moves, some body weight only exercises, and end with some general aerobic moves, and uses the barbell if you choose to, and ends with standing abs and a cooldown stretch.

They like the variety.
