Hi ladies,
Today I went to the gym early and did my weight workout before teaching my class.
So I did 30 minutes of upper body and floorwork abs including, chest flies, dumbbell chest press, front raise, overhead one arm tricep, lying overhead for back, hammer curls, and set weight barbell curls 20 pounds and 30 pounds, lat pull down, rope pull down, and floorwork abs.
Then I taught my Interval 2 Circuit workout to 7 ladies for an hour. I changed the last interval from a squat jump to a high knee lift and 2 toe taps, then other knee high and 2 toe tap, keeping the 2nd part being just squatting grounded. Much easier to maintain than when you are squat jumping for a minute straight.
Little bit cooler today, thank goodness!
