Good Friday morning ladies,

This morning I was soooooooooo not in the mood to workout. I ended up pulling out Body Max 2. I managed the first 43 minutes of cardio - no weights. Now that was fun! I used to tire of the warm up on this one and stopped doing it. Today - I loved it. I feel like a got a new dvd. I am going to try the bootcamp one day too.

Conni - I loooove that step portion on TTM and athletic training. I am not very co-ordinated so step is tough for me. Sure, once I have the steps down, I prefer more dancey steps but it's getting there that's tough for me. I checked out premix 2 and will certainly give it a try. My foot still hasn't fully healed from my fall so step can be hard on me some days.

Carmen - I am so happy to see you checking in despite being away.

Annette - It's your last day. I hope you find a way back to the gym. I can tell you really enjoy it and have made real strides in your workouts.

Thanks, it was my last day and I hit it all hard. I bench pressed 105 pounds for 5 reps after doing 100 pounds at 8 reps. I hit shoulders, biceps, triceps and chest really hard. Did some ab work, little back and inner thighs.

I will have to figure out how to get in the swing of things here at home again, it will be easier with hubby going back to work on Monday after having this week off.
