Hi Everyone,

Today is a rest day for me. I did a short 20 minute Daily Burn Pilates workout. My DD did a workout blender lower body workout yesterday. I don't know why I check in for her. I guess I just want to show that we support Cathe!

Question of the day? Gosh, I don't have one. maybe the next person who checks in can start us off....

have a good friday friends.

Hey Ceci, good morning. No questions? Well, I do !

Where is your most favorite place you have visited, on vacation, trip, etc?

I do not travel much, never have, but I would have to say that Columbia SC would be my favorite. My sister used to live there, she lives here
now, but I was able to go to Columbia several times. Really liked the city, shopping, night spots, etc.

Good Morning ladies!! My favorite place was Bermuda (for tropical weather). The people were incredibly nice, the scenery stunning, the weather perfect. I also enjoyed Vienna. The history and architecture were humbling. Mozart, Strauss, churches all of it. My wish is to go to Ireland.

Today I revisited Cathe Live #21- cardio strength blast. I've done it before and put it on my favorites list. I wanted to do the fit tower one (63 min) from yesterday but a tech glitch ate up too much time.

Gotta run. Have a great day everyone! I'll check back later.

Hi ladies,

Today I taught my disco circuit class to 7 ladies for 51 minutes. Then I did an hour of heavy dumbbell work focusing on chest both press and flies. But hit other muscle groups also including abs and floorwork legs.

Favorite vacation was to Colorado.

Have a great day and workout![emoji16]

Hi girls. Ceci ....love hearing about your DD's workouts!

Fave travel/vacay? St. Petersburg, Russia (& the Volga river) What an experience!! & Meares Island, BC (Canada). My wish is to do more travel (and camping) around Atlantic Canada & Quebec. I have also always wanted to do a camel trek in Tajikistan but I'm not sure my ol' back could handle it. lol.
I enjoy reading your answers as I definitely would like to visit all of the places you have mentioned so far!!

Early here ...so no workout yet.

Another sick day. Bleck, congestion.

Vacation spots.....well, my family has gone to Myrtle Beach almost every year for over 30 years, so I guess that's a favorite.

I tend to like small towns. When I went to Europe, some of the small towns and villages were my favorite places, and visiting mountain communities has always been a favorite.

Elsie - so exciting - Russia!

My favourite place ever visited was the matterhorn in switzerland, hitchhiked there from nice france for the weekend. I lived in nice for 3 mths as a student. actually, villefrance sur mer which overlooked nice and monaco so not quite nice. the matterhorn was beautiful, as was northern italy.

in canada - i've been across canada except for the north and newfoundland. I love PEI and I love the west coast - vancouver, victoria, the mountains in alberta etc..

see you all tomorrow

Many exciting places girls. I have never been out of the states, all my travels have been the east coast. Missy, I have
Been to Myrtle beach too and loved it! It was actually about maybe a 2 hr drive from Columbia if I remember
Correctly. I had a chance to go to Charleston SC on one of the trips to Columbia, but opted to stay at my sister's
House with my nieces and go out partying that night! That was fun too!!! :). Tonight I did a 30 min. Blender
FitTower upper body workout. Everyone have a good night.

Hi ladies,

I am late with my check in... Friday was a rest day for me.

Favorite places I have visited:

Thailand - went there with my parents and sister as a teenager. So much beautiful nature, good food and lovely people. Before that nearly all our vacations had been in Europe, so this was a real eye opener.

Aruba was another favorite memory as it is the only holiday destination I have gone to alone with my bf, so no kids, just the two of us relaxing and exploring. That was already 6 years ago! We talked about taking a trip every year or every other with just the two of us, but a lot of planning goes into that when you have kids. Family vacations are still our priority and those are expensive in high season and our vacation days are also limited.

Places I've never been but would love to visit: China, Canada, Mexico, Scotland and Ireland.
