"walks" on the dvd, one with a ball, one using a high step topper, and the other is an interval type walk. So excited to give it a try, maybe
this evening....I also enjoy and have done Leslie Sansone's walking workouts for many many years....

This morning I did Cathe LIVE Total Body Cardio & Weights. Didn't have to pause for long. Yesterday, I just did some yoga stretching spending most of my attentions on shoulders.
I ended up doing a 30 min Jessica Smith walking workout on the new DVD I got. It was Stride & Step using a high
Step topper....good workout....last night I ended up doing a Turbo Barre mixed workout....about 30 min as well.
Usually over the weekend, I can clock in more workout time. Good evening to all.
