Siobhan, love the Cathe Live! Cathe Live 500 (cardio and core, it was fun). I only did about 25 minutes as I didn't want to do the core work. I added on 15 minutes of C&E for biceps and did my own 10-minute stretch. Nice work!!Good Morning Everyone,

Sore but not as sore as from Tuesday's workout.

Now I plan to get some sun before my sunning days are over for the year.

I hope everyone has had a wonderful FridayI did read all of your posts on all those awesome workouts compelted today. I got sidetracked today with errands and never got my workout in, oh well I'll make it another day. I do plan to workout tomorrow with cycle & weights,better luck Saturday, fingers crossed.
