Daily Check-in, Friday, September 12, 2025

Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did Cathe Live 500 (cardio and core, it was fun). I only did about 25 minutes as I didn't want to do the core work. I added on 15 minutes of C&E for biceps and did my own 10 minute stretch.

Linda - Great cardio workout this morning!
Nicki - yeah to getting back to your workouts. I'm so glad for you :)
Annette - another looooooooong gym workout. WTG!
Nora - the variety! the endurance! I'm in awe, truly.

Hi ladies,

Sore but not as sore as from Tuesday's workout.

I managed the newest CDORNER Cardio Kickboxing workout which was 31 minutes then I did a basic Taebo with gloves on off YouTube which was 24 minutes.

Now I plan to get some sun before my sunning days are over for the year.

Nice workouts ladies!

Annette, I'm surprised you are still finding new kickboxing workouts! Haven't you done all of them?! newest CDORNER Cardio Kickboxing workout which was 31 minutes then I did a basic Taebo with gloves on off YouTube which was 24 minutes.
 
Today I did:
LMR Functional Core for 32 minutes and finished with STS 2.0 Mobility 1 for 20 minutes. Some of the mobility was a bit painful as my leg is still messed up.
Nice to be able to workout again. Praying my leg issue resolves itself soon with the chiropractor weekly visits and working out again. I am listening to my body and backing off when I need to.

Nice long kickboxing session today, Annette, with CDorner & Taebo for approx. 55 min.

good workouts for you as well, Nicki with LMR Functional Core - 32 minutes & STS 2.0 Mobility -20 minutes.

I hope everyone has had a wonderful Friday:) I did read all of your posts on all those awesome workouts compelted today. I got sidetracked today with errands and never got my workout in, oh well I'll make it another day. I do plan to workout tomorrow with cycle & weights,better luck Saturday, fingers crossed.
