Hi ladies,
I am back from sunny ( thank you Carmen ) Panama City!
First, I went home Tuesday after work and did another workout - TF Hiit 25 so I could be off Wednesday.
We ended up taking a 3mile beach walk after our work on Wednesday, then I hit the treadmill Thursday for 40 minutes and did core work.
Today was 4ds Lower Intensity Step workout with shoulders, calves and core.
