I started the day off with Intensity - 3 drills + STS Meso 2 biceps and triceps.

Hi ladies,

I am back from sunny ( thank you Carmen ) Panama City!

First, I went home Tuesday after work and did another workout - TF Hiit 25 so I could be off Wednesday.

We ended up taking a 3mile beach walk after our work on Wednesday, then I hit the treadmill Thursday for 40 minutes and did core work.
Today was 4ds Lower Intensity Step workout with shoulders, calves and core.

TGIF!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
Hi gals,

I had my first sub job of the year today, half day so this morning I did parts of Gym Style Chest and triceps, MIS abs and stretch, then did 20 min. of the Fat Blasting Cardio Taebo workout.
