Good morning, today I did a 30 min blender mix: Compound Circuit-Low impact, didn't make any changes
On this one yet, it was just right! Enjoy your workouts!

Thanks for starting us off. Today I did a workout blender edt workout of ICE MM chest/triceps and ICE bis/shoulders + 10 minutes of hardstrikes - main program.

Glad your doggie is doing okay.

Hi gals,

Today I taught my aerobic circuit class to 4 ladies. Then I did 11 minutes on the stair machine then about 20 minutes of weight work, for some reason I am just overly worn out today must be Friday.

Doctor's appointment went well.

Today I did my own 30 min Deadlift routine with a little 1 legged-squats sprinkled in.

No w/o for me. Rest day.
A few of my lifting books arrived this morning so looks like I have my work cut out for me.
