I had to skip my scheduled workout today and do errands and get a flu shot. I did get a little workout in of DVD walking with DH to keep him exercising with his diabetes, its an absolute must. He likes using the walking DVD's & his Total Gym, so I'm encouraging him to jump on the exercise wagon with what he likes doing.
