Today I took it easy and did Cathe's Boxing DVD + 2 segments of HC Bootcamp - goodness - I could not even do that all the way through.

Hi Siobhan,

I wish I was sleeping! Lots to do today, planning on doing a major cleaning of the garage tomorrow, so I am doing all my chores today.
This morning was Kickboxing - I did TF EZ 45, then Core Cuts segment 2.
Sweaty mess!!
 
Whooo hoo!! 3 workouts in one week, I am happy and I have lost 7 pounds of the 10 I gained while at the gym. Oh I did 30 min. to Fitness-Kickboxing with weighted gloves on.

As for yesterday, I sat in a library all day learning about subbing in a different district then had to go and sit in different classrooms to get a feel for subbing. AHH... I have been subbing for 2.5 years, I really don't need to do this.

Since I don't sub k,1 or 2 I skipped the primary school classroom (good thing it was a K room) and had an extra long lunch.

Then after doing the Elementary school classroom went back to the Middle school library for another 45 min. of HR talking about clearances and transcripts and everything else necessary to sub in that district, including a $5 fee to activate your emergency certificate for subbing that no other district I sub for ( in the same state) makes me pay for.

All in all I am not sure this district is worth all the fuss and hoops you have to jump through, plus I lost a day of subbing doing this AND I have to go back next Wed. with paperwork in hand for another half day with HR thus losing another potential day of subbing.

Every other district makes it so much easier. Though I did find out that one of the other districts I sub for isn't taking any new subs that aren't certified teachers so I am glad I got in there when I did.

So needless to say other than walking everywhere I did NOT get a workout in.
