This morning I did Great Glutes all the way through. I liked it. It moved quickly. I am really liking the no heavy weights for the lower body. It's a nice change for me. It adds variety to my workouts.
I also pulled out Total Body (as I have time 'cos it's a holiday for me today) and managed only 10 minutes. My body was spent after GG.
Have a good workout everyone. It's Thanksgiving here so I've been off since yesterday and will head back to work next tuesday. yeah!!!!
Hi ladies today I squeezed in power yoga flow warm up, 10 pushups, 10 plie jump squats, 10 plank alternating knee to elbow, 10 sit ups, 10 bike abs, 10 pike push up, 10 plie jump squats. Its beautiful here in Rochester.
