Good morning everybody!

Nora, sorry you didn't get a workout in yesterday, but the project you & DH got into, sounded like it was
a workout in itself!! I am sure you were glad to get that done!

Today's workouts:

Blender- "Total Body with the STS bars, Barbell, Tubing & Mini-Ball" -- 32 min. ( I blended this one specifically
to get some use out of the STS bars, which I rarely use)
YT-CrossRope- " 11 min. Quick Jump Rope Workout with Ropeless Modifications"

That's it...........have a good day. As usual, the weekend will probably be a rest weekend.
 
Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did a mix of full body C&E for 30 minutes. I added on 10 minutes of growingananas non-stop cardio. It was fun! I will do my own stretch/cool down now.

It's Thanksgiving here so my DD's are driving home for the long weekend. It will be a full house as the dog is also coming :).

Linda - I totally understand about middle of the night wakening. I waken every night, more than once. I'm sure your house still feels a bit empty without Jack. I feel ya!
Annette - big mash-up at the gym yesterday!
Nora - Today's another day to get in your workout. It seems your workout on Wednesday more than made up for the missed day :). Wow!

Hi Siobhan, I think we were both posting at about the same time! Happy Thanksgiving holiday! I forgot that
you all celebrate earlier than we do. Enjoy the weekend with your family! Good job with your C&E Full Body workout for 30 minutes & a 10 minute growingananas non-stop cardio add-on. Good full-rounded workout!
 
Hi ladies,.
Today I found a new (less than a day old) Garage Taebo on YouTube. It was 53 minutes long broken up into the 1st 27 minutes were all fast paced weighted moves holding light dumbbells. I had 3's to start, switched to my boxing gloves which are 12 oz. then back to the 3's towards the end of that segment.

Then he switched to his classic taebo cardio(no weights or gloves)until the end.

Definitely cardio at the end.

So I am a sweaty mess, but I got weights and cardio in for a nice Taebo Circuit.

Nice workouts ladies!!
