Today I did Cathe Live Vertical Training (or something). It was fun. Essentially giant sets. I really liked it.

Hi Ceci,

Today I did 10 minutes on the stair machine then taught my aerobic circuit class for 55 minutes to 6 ladies then I did 30 minutes of weight work.

Love how much you bike ride Henriette. Cycling for transport is very popular around here, although I only have the nerve for trail cycling. lol. Which I really like!!

Yes, I do believe I am in a rut. I think I need to get back to more frequent 'taking care' workouts like my rolling and fascial stretch programs that I was doing before. I probably mentioned before that I've had myofascial pain syndrome and scoliosis since being a teen, so I really cannot neglect these things. Also, the hip bursitis has been interfering with sleep so I guess that's never good. I am considering some paper programs to slow things down a bit as well. We will see !! :) I feel it is just a bit of a bump around here. That's all.

Cause I haven't touched a thing for 2 weeks. Oh well......

Linda, so sorry you have been feeling down lately. Don't be afraid to reach out. I tend to get lonesome myself this time of year.
