Yes, I do believe I am in a rut. I think I need to get back to more frequent 'taking care' workouts like my rolling and fascial stretch programs that I was doing before. I probably mentioned before that I've had myofascial pain syndrome and scoliosis since being a teen, so I really cannot neglect these things. Also, the hip bursitis has been interfering with sleep so I guess that's never good. I am considering some paper programs to slow things down a bit as well. We will see !! I feel it is just a bit of a bump around here. That's all.
