Hi Tammy and everyone to follow:

I just love IMax2 - definetly my favorite workout too - although I'm really getting to live BC now.

Either PLB and PUB today. I'm leaning towards PLB and will add some cardio.

Hope everyone had a nice holiday. Kids are sleeping, ex just went out to get some breakfast (we had a nice family thanksgiving), the cat is snuggled up on my lap, and got a really nice v-mail from my friend. :) I've got to capture this moment.

Hope everyone had a yummy turkey day!:9 I did! I ate whatever I wanted but did not go overboard on portions. I think I did worse on the pre-dinner pickins then on dinner itself but all in all I think I maintained decent control of myself!:p ;)

YIKES! I was supposed to get up EARLY to work out b/c I am going away overnight today and won't get a chance to work out otherwise and OFCOURSE I blew it! I slept in when I shouldn't have but get up at 6am when there is no reason to! x(

Oh well, I guess I'll just have to do a double up this weekend!;)

I'll worry about it tomorrow when I get home. My mom and I are going to a/c overnight to go see a show. We both got offers in the mail to see "the price is right" for free down there. It's not the original but I still think it will be very cool. I remember watching that show all of the time at my grandma's house and still watch it today!:)

Hope everyone has a great friday and I hope those who are BRAVE enough to hit the stores today survive it!:p

Today is the drills of kickmax, 10 minutes of ab hits,a segment of stretch max and the cardio premix of bootcamp with the KM blast challenge to substitute the running. Have a great day everyone.

Good morning ladies!

I did survive Thanksgiving and its wierd but being Vegan I don't seem to over eat as much at holidays. I don't like desserts at all. Now if we could only add chips and salsa to the menu..:p

I will not go shopping but Good Luck to all of you that are that brave!

After doing A-Jocks killer workout yesterday I am a bit tired. I'll most likely do a 4 or 5 mile run, and some weight lifting.

Hi all,

I did CTX 10-10-10 today along with abs and stretch off of Power Circuit. It was supposed to be back and chest too, but my shoulder is killing me from doing who knows what so I didn't think doing chest was a good idea nor back so I am taking the day off from weights. Punching was bad enough in just the little bit you do in 10-10-10! sigh.

Good job Annette...I hope your shoulder feels better soon. CTX 10-10-10 is one of my favorite "get to the sweat" quick workouts!

By the way...I LOVE your weight-lifting smilie...it always brings a smile to my face!
