I am doing the Aug. 04'rotation and have L&G's and 10 min. of Ab Hits for the SECOND time this week. YAY for me.
This is a great rotation tho. I bought size 10 jeans not even a month ago and last night I bought a pair of 8's. I have NOT been in a size 8 since before I hit puberty! It was all downhill from then on! LOL! Not anymore tho! Thanks to Cathe and all you guys on this forum.

Seems the cold is alot better today. I am doing shoulders, abs and either a run or kickbox..

Congratulations on the size 8 you are doing great!!

I did a premix off of Kick Punch and Crunch today for my workout. I just did my own abs during the ab section since my stability ball is deflated and I can't do pikes.:+

Hi Everyone :D

My workout tis morning was Imax 2 :D Tonight, I am going to do Abs, mostly Planks and 400 cross cable crunches. I do em in increments of 100. I want that V in my Abs, like Ms. Robin :9 great job, your abs look great :7

My computer is being fix, well he called and said its really this morning, but too late I ordered Gym Style Chest & Triceps first thing this morning so the money was well spent :D :9 :p Just maybeeeee, I’ll be able to pick it up and sign back on, this weekend, who knows. Anywho, you guys have a great weekend everyone.
