Guten Morgen Freundinnen,

Today I did a short 45 minute mish mosh WB workout of xtrain cardio segments + xtrain leg segments. Sweaty. I almost didn't workout today (late to bed) but ended up putting in a sweatfest.

Annette - congrats on your continued efforts and successes! Things have changed a lot for you since we met back in early 2011

Henriette - I sure hope everything gets figured out for you

Elsie and Linda - can't get enough that WB. Elsie - I hope you pick it up at least for a month - you seem so creative. I bet you would come up with some good mixes.

Thanks Ceci. I thought you were part of this check in before that? Maybe I am mistaken, I just know I have been here quite a while.

I was down another half a pound so now I am 4 pounds away from my low which I reached before starting to teach at the gym.

Today I taught my boxing circuit class to 3 ladies, one lady called and said she couldn't make it and another lady had surgery today so I was down 2 ladies.

Then I did 35 minutes of weight work including abs and legs. Then I came home and did Powerstrikes warmup, punches and kicks for 26 minutes.

I now need to change and go grocery shopping.

Gr8 committment checking in all those years!

I did KCM Weights warmup, wanted to do upper body, but the first move included squats so I stopped and popped in Split Sessions instead and did the upper body workout. My legs needed a real break. Great workout! I felt so exhausted during it I was not sure I would finish, but I did! I really feel like I could sleep and sleep and still feel exhausted.

Only a short w/o as it was Friday so another bball training to give and I really need to relax.

On Friday, but I did do a Peloton spin bike workout, a very short 10 min. Warmup Ride, then I did another one
Of the 10 min walks on Jessica's new DVDs, this time I did the Buns & Thighs walk. That too was fun. So 20 min

I concur. This is very motivating for me!!

This afternoon I did Cathe LIVE Fit N' Firm + added on some pilates heel squeezes. Really, really burned after Xtrain yesterday. Gonna have to give my arms some time off now!! lol.
Everyone have a nice night. It is getting very cold here now ....only 4 degrees today. Trying to fish out my scarves from our move.

Elsie, if you are talking about Jessica's new DVD, it is called 10 min Quick Walks or something like that, there are
6 on the 1 DVD with an extra 10 min chair stretch which I haven't done yet.. I got it thru Amazon. She is coming
Out with 3 more DVDs soon too.
