Linda- I'm so excited for you to get a Scwinn IC3 Spin bike,so cool. I researched about six months before I pulled the trigger.
I was torn between the Schwinn IC4 I think it was where you charge your phone/laptop while using it. I liked the

but no computer to track calorie burn or distance, or RPMS. That was a no go for me so I choose this one

I got an identical bike for my birthday in May and ontacted Sunny Health & Fitness to order 2 replacement belts which took the about 6 onths or so to have in stock due to supply issues. I did look at the Schwinn IC3 and IC4 as strong contenders but decided on the one I got. Both Schwinn IC3 and IC4 and great bikes
great choices. Wow! I recommend some YT channel Kaleigh Cohen Fitness, Joe Alvarado, Spin Junkie, and Spin with Lars. Those are the ones I use, but there are several to choose from, so have fun
ps. all those YT one's I mentioned do offer shorter classes from15 min on up.

CatheLive- Wicked Upper Body- (I did the Warmup, Back, Shoulders, & Biceps sections
and finished with stretch) worked out to be approx. 30 min.
