Great job yesterday, Nora, with your Kaleigh cycling and Lite Metabolic Blast. I love that workout too !

Lannette, great workouts with : PV Standing LB Mobility & Sculpt, (Maeve M. Heavy Ankle Band 7/4/22) 26m, Stott Pilates Off the Wall 39m & Spine Align, Deep Squats, Arc Extensions 10m. Sounds great ! Your bike is really nice, now I want another one, !
I have always wanted a Schwinn IC3, I have tried it and really, really like it. Not alot
of bells & whistles, but a nice, solid bike. It's so expensive too.....like around $600.
In answer to your question about choosing workouts, I usually make a list of approx.
10-12 workouts that I want to do, (Cathe, Kelly, Misc., like the Firm, Jump Rope,
Indoor walking, etc) and mark them off as I complete.I don't usually put my cardio
machines workouts on that list, as I just add them in as I go, and I do tend to go off
the list and do extra things, just depending. but when that list is done, I make up
a new one ! Matter of fact, my workouts today were the last ones on my current list,
so I will be making a new one....

CatheBlender- STS- Lower Body Strength - 33 min.
CatheLive- Wicked Upper Body- (I did the Warmup, Back, Shoulders, & Biceps sections
and finished with stretch) worked out to be approx. 30 min.

Linda- I'm so excited for you to get a Scwinn IC3 Spin bike,so cool. I researched about six months before I pulled the trigger.

but no computer to track calorie burn or distance, or RPMS. That was a no go for me so I choose this one

I got an identical bike for my birthday in May and ontacted Sunny Health & Fitness to order 2 replacement belts which took the about 6 onths or so to have in stock due to supply issues. I did look at the Schwinn IC3 and IC4 as strong contenders but decided on the one I got. Both Schwinn IC3 and IC4 and great bikes
great choices. Wow! I recommend some YT channel Kaleigh Cohen Fitness, Joe Alvarado, Spin Junkie, and Spin with Lars. Those are the ones I use, but there are several to choose from, so have fun:)

ps. all those YT one's I mentioned do offer shorter classes from15 min on up.

YT- Kaleigh Cohen Fitness- Between You and Me- 50 Min Rhythm Ride Indoor Cycling Class= 54 Min

Hi ladies,

After a rough night sleeping, and the elliptical at the hotel being none working, I managed a 35 minute walk on the treadmill adding incline and taking the pace to a peak of 3.5 mph and then backing it back down. Plus a little bit of weight work including dumbbells flyes and press, hammer curls, lying back, some tricep work, side laterals and shoulder press only about ~10 minutes.

But something nevertheless.

Nora, I’m sorry, you misunderstood me, I would love to have a new bike, but no plans on
getting one, unless I can get a great deal…. I probably didn’t word it good :). I like the
looks of yours too….
