Morning to you all :) Wow, it has been a very busy week & I still haven't gotten any further with Xmas prep it seems. Ughh.
Hope your TG day was lovely Annette & Linda & tlc. Hope you're feeling nourished.

This morning I got in Ballet B Body Blast + towel Core workout from youtube (Nicole Perry). Low Impact with a punch!!

Thanksgiving was good.

Today I taught my aerobic circuit class the shortened version to 3 ladies.

Then I did a 45 minute total body weight workout.

Hi Everyone,

Today I took another rest day. I worked all day and then had two clients last night + I have another client tonight after work so.... just a bit too much for me.

That said, I worked out yesterday morning - I did my own double Cathe WB edt workout - involving lunges, biceps and shoulders.

Great workouts ladies.

I hope everyone feels much better today.

Good w/o the past few days.

I listened to my body and rested today, other than work & bball training, so I did get my 10000 steps in.

Today I have bad pain from lower back all the way down, esp right side.

I read an article today that was interesting:

It may be time for me to rest more before I end up not being allowed any w/o for several months.

I may therefore also be postponing getting on demand as I can not make full use of it now and I have literally hundreds of dvds I can use when I can do something.
