Hi all,

Okay, I know you think I am really over the edge here...but now my "check engine" light came on this morning on my way to work. Now I need to get to the garage this morning at some point. I am soooo over this stuff.

Today was Crossfire- I skipped the final plyo tabata and did the core section instead.

I am afraid to leave my house...:confused:

P.S. Adding some new info - just got back to work from the garage. Love these guys, they have been doing my work for over 30 years and are just so cool. Gas cap had a little rust spot allowing a little bit of air into the gas line. All sanded and fixed. Crisis Averted and prayers of thanks are flying fast!

Glad, Conni, that is was nothing worse for wear.

I did 29 min. of the Get Ripped Taebo (with weighted gloves on) skipped the weight section, then did a 24 min. premix off of KCM's Cardio Quick Fix workout.

I was down another half a pound this morning so I am officially at my lowest since I restarted losing weight this time around(not my all time low of years ago mind you but low since about 5 years ago when I was stressed beyond belief at life:(). So I am happy that I am seeing the scale go the right direction.

Oh and my ankle still hurts but I was still able to get my workouts in. YAY!!!
 
Hi ladies,

This morning I did twenty minutes of bj gaddours kb cardio. Next I did x10 including warm up this was the step workout.

Congrats Annette. And Carmen I'm rethinking rks and looking at Lauren brooks again. In terms of kbs I own 15, 20 and 25. I need a 10 for sure. I mainly use 15. Start there I'd say.
