Hi good morning everyone, Today in the november rotation is 40 minutes of steady state run, 15 minutes of abs hits and the segment 2 of stretch max. I will do a cardio kickbox mish-mosh (KPC cardio premix, the blast challenge of KM, the kickbox premix of BC)to substitute the running, 15 minutes of abs hits and the segment 2 of SM. I will add stationary bike. Have a great weekend everyone.
