Daily Check-in, Friday, May 9, 2025

Good Friday Morning Everyone,

Today I did a mix of Dan the Hiit Man for 15 minutes (tabata) + Tiff and Dan Quads for 30 minutes. I took a rest day yesterday as my DH got home at 1:30am and I was wakened by my 18 pound dog barking while flying down the stairs to confront the intruder. Ahh the courage and innocence of a puppy. I walked the dog a few times so I did something.

Great to see you all fitting in a workout yesterday. I love Annette's comment - just a quick 72 minute workout :) .

CatheLive- Core, Pump & Sweat - 44 min.
Hydrow Circuit Training- 10 min. Upper Body weights & Rowing EMOM

Hi ladies,

Today I get my hair permed, yay!!

My mouth is killing me, hurts to eat or drink anything cold. I am letting my water sit out all night so it will be more lukewarm when I go to drink it. And I don't get the teeth pulled till next Wednesday !!

Today I found a Fit Combat which wasn't the one I thought I clicked on but it was a 45 minute kickboxing workout from 5 years ago. It was good and sweaty.

Nice workouts so far ladies.

Remember Siobhan most of my gym workouts are between 80 and 100 minutes so 72 was short, LOL!

Hopefully I can workout tomorrow!

Otherwise, if you are a mother Happy Mother's Day to us all i!! Siobhan, not sure if Canada celebrates Sunday or not but if not enjoy our Mother's day too!

Hello's & waves to Nicki - Enjoy your weekend:)

I planned to workout, but got sidelined with grocery shopping and DH wanted me to watch some movies with him. I didn't get much sleep either last night either trying to clean up after a microwave mini fire, and get rid of smoke smell while not waking up others with DH's help. It's ok now still subtle hint of residual smell. So, needles to say I didn't workout today.
