Good morning ladies!

Nicki, great workout yesterday with ICE To the Mat - 50 minutes & Total Body Stretching SB#2 -12 minutes.
I know you're glad to get back into the swing of things! :)

Nora, equally as great workout yesterday, with Flex Train- Timesaver #2- No Disc + No Firewalkers = 48 Min
Rockout Knockout - Timesaver #2 w/o + Heavy bag bonus = 37 Min
YT- JumpnJacked - 10-Minute Beginner Mini Trampoline Workout | Low-Impact Rebounder Routine

Ok, you know I've got questions! :) Was the rebounder hard to get together? The black bungees came
assembled on it, right? Did you swap out any of the firmer green bungees on it to make it firmer...and
is it a pretty firm bounce? Is it a big step up to get on it? Don't want to bombard you with questions, so
I'll stop there........for now :) So glad you like it.......and DH too! That's neat!

My today workouts:

The Firm- "Cardio Inferno" - 30 min. (I revisited this one from a long time ago, so glad I did, I had forgotten
how fun it is, sculpting and cardio, and a constant modifier as well and it's express- 30 min. I left the dvd out,
I'll be revisiting it again! :)

Blender- "LMR-LMR2E: Standing Legs & Loops" - 24 min.

I took a rest day yesterday (poor sleep). Today I did LMR2 Cardio Fusion with an extra warm-up - 35 minutes.

Nice workouts are shaping us up today!!

I did KCM TLC Boxing Combos with my boxing gloves on which is 32 minutes. My hip is bothering me again so I wanted to give the lower body a rest.

Eye appointment was good, she even said that my vision was getting better only to follow that with this is what happens before you get cataracts, sigh. I truly do not want cataracts. My parents died youngish and didn't have cataracts so I am hoping that I don't get them.

It’s a dvd…it’s one of the newer Firms, what people call the Pink Firms”. it’s chaptered
in sections….warmup, sculpting, cardio, sculpting, cooldown,etc. Amazon probably has
it. I enjoyed it…yes, I have all the Firms as well, most of mine are dvds.
 
Nicki, I was looking at my “schedule”next week, and I have my “STS 2: 5 Day Rotation
Express” blender series coming up, I haven’t shared them, but will if you think you might
be interested..
They are:
“Total Body“ - 25 min
”Chest & Triceps” - approximately 28 min.
”Shoulders & Legs” - 26 min
”Back & Biceps” - 24 min.
”Core & Stretches” -24 min.

Annette, sorry to hear your hip pain is back.
I had cataracts and surgery a few years ago. Can see so much better afterwards and right after that I had toric lenses implanted. Close sight I still need readers, but distance is spot on!
 
I totally forgot to post my workout today.
LMR Functional Mobility for 43 minutes followed by Hardcore Series Stretch Max #2 Stability Ball for 20 minutes. My back was bothering me after the mobility, and I always love the SB for stretching out my back. It really helped.
I had to skip the 90/90s, pigeons and scorpions because I'm not far enough along after my surgery to do any kind of hip rotation. Have to stay with movements that are front, back and side only. Soon, I hope! My two-month appointment with the surgeon is June 11th. I'm hoping he will tell me I can start those movements. Thanks for reminding me, Linda!!
 
Aahh...nice workout with LMR Functional Mobility -43 minutes followed by Hardcore Series Stretch Max #2 Stability Ball -20 minutes. I never do scorpions....my body (hips) just don't like those, so I don't even try...
90/90's are ok and most of the time I get along ok with pigeons stretch...

Remember, once you import any shared workouts into your blender library, you can then make any changes,
additions, delete any chapters, etc. you want to the normal blender way. It's in your library, and won't change
anything in the shared section with the original shared workout. Just FYI.
