how fun it is, sculpting and cardio, and a constant modifier as well and it's express- 30 min. I left the dvd out,
I'll be revisiting it again!
Blender- "LMR-LMR2E: Standing Legs & Loops" - 24 min.

I did KCM TLC Boxing Combos with my boxing gloves on which is 32 minutes. My hip is bothering me again so I wanted to give the lower body a rest.
Eye appointment was good, she even said that my vision was getting better only to follow that with this is what happens before you get cataracts, sigh. I truly do not want cataracts. My parents died youngish and didn't have cataracts so I am hoping that I don't get them.
