Hi Everyone,

Today I did another Horizontal Conditioning workout - volume 3. It was easier than bootcamp but still not easy at all. I just love bodyweight workouts. I am slowing down on Cathe Live again. Hmmmmm.

Have a great day everyone. I will not be working out this weekend as I am at a wedding - too busy. Enjoy your workouts.

Morning all ....Oh, Ceci I am the opposite. Not a fan of bodyweight or any horizontal conditioning & I always try to avoid it. lol. I think it may be partly due to my crookedness (scoliosis).
Just restorative yoga and some stretching here for me. Gotta work on those creaks!

Down another pound this morning. ..WHOOOHOOOO! !

I did 22 minutes on the elliptical and then 35 minutes of weight work then home I made a circuit workout for only 30 minutes because the CD has a crack in it and since it is 81 degrees in the house so I was sweating bullets.

Way to go Annette!
I had planned to try a KCM today so I picked Your Best Body as I have only ever done the first w/o so I thought I could do both. I remember the first was good.

Unfortunately my stitches started hurting already during the warm up with the jumping so I stopped and popped in a dvd that was sure not to have cardio elements. I went for Body Beast Build Back & Bi's. Wow! I don't think I have done that one since I started lifting heavier so boy did I sweat and burn. Only the last move airplane cobra was not so comfy as it meant lying on the stitches, but I managed.

Makes me want to do a rotation with Body Beast again and really lift heavy (heavy for me that is).

Hi everybody! The last two days were really hard on me. I did not feel well at all. The doctor who visited me for my arm problems prescribed me pills against the infllamation but they were really too strong for me and collateral effects were worse than remedies: heavy headache, stomach problems, general body rigidity. So I had to stop taking them and of course working out was not possible. Today I felt better so I did Cathe live Athletic training (has to modify some of the exercises to protect the wrists and arms joints) + the abs section of Lean legs and abs. I wish you a great week end too, it's getting hot here bur Sunday should be rain!!!! Elsie I have got creaks on my shoulders as well... Hmmm ....
 
Henriette, it seems like you woke up early today! Just like me, woke up at 6.a.m and there was no way I could fall asleep again, so I spent my time with some ironing....so the ironing for the week end is done..,
