Good morning ladies!

Today's workouts:

Blender- "Upper Body Weights, Jump Rope Legs, & Weight Plate Abs" - 25 min.
Hydrow Circuit Training- 10 min. Row & Upper Body Weights AMRAP
IFit- "Punta Sur Treadmill Walk, Mexico" - 12 min.
CrossRope App- "Kettlebell & Ropeless Jump Rope Quickie" - 10 min.

Not quite an hour, but alot of variety, which is what I like! :)

Today I did a mix of Boho Beautiful yoga for 30 minutes (more of a stretch). I added on 2.0 biceps premix for 20 minutes - 1 set no repeats.

Nice mash up this morning Linda! I hope you had fun.

Hi ladies,

Today was 47 minutes on the elliptical and 13 minutes of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes and short stretch within that 13 minutes.

Nice variety Today ladies!! Let's keep it up!!

I am taking the weekend off, but I probably will do my normal Monday workout
on Memorial Day!
