Blender- "Upper Body Weights, Jump Rope Legs, & Weight Plate Abs" - 25 min.
Hydrow Circuit Training- 10 min. Row & Upper Body Weights AMRAP
IFit- "Punta Sur Treadmill Walk, Mexico" - 12 min.
CrossRope App- "Kettlebell & Ropeless Jump Rope Quickie" - 10 min.
Not quite an hour, but alot of variety, which is what I like!
