Good Morning Ladies,

Yesterday was a forced rest day as I had to go into NYC for a buisness dinner after work. I took the train into the city but there was a fire on a major bridge and all trains stopped running after I got there. I had to take a cab back and didn't get home till late and with my wallet a lot lighter. Frustrating.

Tonight: Weight work and cardio on schedule.

Today, I go to the nutritionist in the am. I get some pointers on how to reduce body fat today.

THen, IMAX#? and MM (no legs), and maybe the gym on the bike to loosen up. I took a kickbox class yesterday and my legs are sore (lots of conditioning drills and jacks).

Yesterday was PUB and I use the 25lb dumb bells for hammer and bicep curls. DOMS kept me up alittle last night, but well worth the ache. I also woke up to check my body fat @ 14.4%!!!! Lowest ever and I am trippin' out right now over it!!!

Today will be Legs and Glute. Always a killer workout everytime so more DOMS will be on the way. YEAH!

Cathy, sorry you had to spent that much money to get home. Is it deductable?

I'm still on the fence whether I should run today or not. I had Low Max scheduled this morning but skipped it to give my knee / legs extra rest. My knee doesn't really hurt, but it feels like as if there's an abrasion inside. You know the feeling like it kind of stings? I have a 7K temporun p;anned and I probably won't really decide until 5PM (I don't like to run after dinner). Maybe this should be an unplanned rest day. Don't know.

I have always had a small frame, but I wouldn't say I am tiny. Tiny is for wimps. No wimps here. Lets just say I am getting some more "beef" and then you can call me "beef cakes" LOL!

Charlotte: Congrats on the BF measurements. How exactly do you measure your BF. I have never done it - I am almost too scared to know!

Sandra-yesterday I had a short bout with my tummy again. I hear it's kinda normal for late stage pregnancy so I'm not really worried...it's just not a fun way to spend my time. lol

Last night I did CTX kickbox (cardio only). I love kickbox but I can't do the kicks very well right now...I still give it 100% on the punching though. Feels great! I just picture my ex-boyfriends and go to town! lol

Not sure if there is a work out on the books for today. I've exercised 3 days this week so if it doesn't happen, I'm fine with it.

I have to clean my living room today and clean out my refrigerator. Yesterday I cleaned my bathroom and went foodshopping. I'm just about ready for the little bugger to make his entrance!:+

Good morning and HAPPY FRIDAY everybody!!!! :)

Well, I am a little frustrated about my workout this morning. I was planning on doing IMAX 3 Interval 1-5 and after the warm up I gave up, I had no energy. So I forced myself to do 20 min interval runs on the treadmill. Not much and I guess that's why I am frustrated. :(

Anyway, it's Friday, so that is cool.

Dutchie - I am glad you doing better, just take it easy today.

Charlotte - I have to check out that Body Fat Analyzer of yours. I have done it once and it said 18% about 1 year ago. But I am not sure if that was right or not.

Wendy - 3 workouts this weeks and only 6 more days to go until Joey is supposed to come wow, really really impressive!!!! Can't wait to see pictures of that little booger. :)

Cathy - I am sorry about you having to take the taxi yesterday, taxis are always soo expensive.

Getting more highlights in my hair today...yipee!

Going to try to do S&H chest & back, legs & glutes, and maybe go to the YMCA tonight to do some treadmill and recumbant bike. Still not 100% from being sick, but getting there slowly.

Cathe - Sorry about your experience yesterday, I hope your frustration level has dropped. That stuff really is upsetting.

Today was MIC and Ab hits. Never really loved MIC but it is growing on me, what is up with that?

Tonight will be GS Chest & Triceps, Taebo Abs, and a run. With all the rain we have been having I think it will be the treadmill for me tonight. :)

Dutchie, I know what you mean with the knee. I had that feeling after I played softball. Running around corners with cleats on my feet must have stressed my knee in a different way. I did more weight work and rested my knee during that time.

Wendy, Here is hoping there is nothing nasty in the fridge when you clean it!! x(

Charlotte, Great job on the BF.

Morning all!!!

Today is my last day of work before a lovely 10 days off. I don't come back until May 25th!

Last night I did ME and I have a tiny bit of DOMS this morning. YAY!

Tonight I'm going to do the LM blasts, Bootcamp lower body premix and core.
