Today was RWH Biceps, Back and Shoulders, still sore from Chest, Shoulders and Triceps!!
Thanks Conni... I needed that.

Today was KCM Kickboxing premix, then a Taebo Express workout then 50 minutes at the gym doing weights going heavy for chest. Worked shoulders and biceps hard upped my weight for biceps felt good.

I have an MRI this afternoon trying to figure out why I can't smell or taste but I am down 15 pounds so I am happy.
