Today's workout:

Blender- " Mobility & Balance with Chair Stretch" - 40 min.

A little longer one today, so that'll be it. Nora, I understand about needing a rest break....enjoy your rest
weekend and relax! I don't have a workout planned for the weekend, so perhaps I will be enjoying a rest
weekend too!

Good Friday Morning Everyone,

Today I did ICE LIS for 47 minutes. I haven't done that one in a long time. It used to be my go to w/o along with Xtrain AOLIH.

Linda - sounds like a light workout today!
Annette - WTG with your gym workout :)
Nora - I hope your rest days rejuvenate you. Estate work is stressful and enduring :(

Hi ladies,

Today was a 75 minute gym circuit consisting of the shoulder machine with 25 on each side, then dumbbells for shoulder press, Arnold press, seated clean and press , side laterals and shrugs with 10's, 12.5's, and 15's. Then I did 3 leg machines glute machine, leg extension and curl machines. Then I did cable lat pulldowns.

Then the sled with 2, 45 plates on it . Pushed it, pulled it with the strap backwards and rope pulled it.

Finished with floorwork for abs and legs and glutes with a stretch.
