Hi ladies,
Today was a 75 minute gym circuit consisting of the shoulder machine with 25 on each side, then dumbbells for shoulder press, Arnold press, seated clean and press , side laterals and shrugs with 10's, 12.5's, and 15's. Then I did 3 leg machines glute machine, leg extension and curl machines. Then I did cable lat pulldowns.
Then the sled with 2, 45 plates on it . Pushed it, pulled it with the strap backwards and rope pulled it.
Finished with floorwork for abs and legs and glutes with a stretch.
