Daily Check-in, Friday, March 7, 2025

Good Morning Everyone,

Thanks for getting us started every morning, Linda!

Today I did Perfect30 Upper Body for 31 minutes. I added on 5 minutes of Tiff & Dan for bicep curls. I will do my own stretch. Shorter workout today and likely no workout tomorrow as I am working a ton these days ('tis the season for the therapy, it lightens as the weather improves and the sun comes out).

Annette - That was one long homemade workout yesterday. We had high winds here yesterday as well :(
Nora - solid cycling workout with added weights!
Nicki - I hope you are able to workout this weekend (or later today)
Deanna - you've piqued my curiosity now about gym styles/hardcore series!! I used to do this one a lot

Good morning girls (again!) Great workout, Siobhan, with Perfect 30 Upper Body-31 min. I have that one
coming up in a week or 2. I really like that one.

Today's workout:

Blender- "Scrambled Upper Body with weights & tubing" - 58 min. (YES, 58 min.) :) one of my longest
blenders. So, that's it for today!

Hi ladies,

Today was Rock 'm Sock 'm Kickbox which is 48 minutes doing just the cardio kickboxing portion. I wore my boxing gloves for part of it. It was good.

Nice workouts ladies so far.

X Train - All Out Low Impact HiiT on the rotation today. I chose Premix #1 which includes Core #1. I did add on LMR Lower Body Balance Disc Bonus. I don't want to lose the improvements I've made so far with balance.
