Siobhan- Nice job on today's worjkout with:
Sydney Cummings dumbbell hiit workout for about 35 minutes. Then onto Cathe Xtrain burnsets for biceps. Finsihi ng off with a stretch.
Annette- It's nice to mix things up workout wise. Nicely done on today's workout with:
14 minutes of a CDorner kickboxing, then I started a Taebo which turned out to be a mix of different moves and exercises from a variety of Taebo workouts strung together approx. 25 min.
Then, added on a 10 minute Taebo Express. Yay your DH came home early. High fives on your workout today WTG!!

KCM 30MTF- Strong & Lean (Lean)= 33 Min
YT- Kaleigh Cohen Cycling- Do this if you need a BOOST!= 35 Min
YT- MLP- 5-MINUTE MOVEMENT FLOW to Stay STRONG & FLEXIBLE= 5 Min
