I believe it's gonna be a rest day for me today....like Siobhan says sometimes, "I'm just not
feeling it this morning" Maybe I'll do something later, we'll see......

Good Morning Everyone,

Thanks for starting us off Linda. Enjoy your rest day. Our body has all the answers to what we need.

Today I did a Sydney Cummings dumbbell hiit workout for about 35 minutes. I got bored and moved onto Cathe Xtrain burnsets for biceps. That's enough for today. Now, to stretch. Big snowstorm heading our way tonight. 25 cm of snow expected.

Linda - good to see you tried MPL. Try his core workout stuff. whoa.
Nora and Annette - those were some big workouts yesterday.

Hi ladies,

Today was a hodge podge of 'I don't know what I want to do today' day.

So I did 14 minutes of a CDorner kickboxing and decided I didn't like it, then I started a Taebo which turned out to be a collage of different moves and exercises from a variety of Taebo workouts strung together I lasted 25 minutes. Then I took off my wrist weights and did a 10 minute Taebo Express that I found. Then hubby unexpectedly came home from work.

So that was my 39 minute hodge podge work out for today.

Nice workouts ladies and rest days too.

Siobhan- Nice job on today's worjkout with:

Annette- It's nice to mix things up workout wise. Nicely done on today's workout with:

Then, added on a 10 minute Taebo Express. Yay your DH came home early. High fives on your workout today WTG!!;)

KCM 30MTF- Strong & Lean (Lean)= 33 Min
YT- Kaleigh Cohen Cycling- Do this if you need a BOOST!= 35 Min
YT- MLP- 5-MINUTE MOVEMENT FLOW to Stay STRONG & FLEXIBLE= 5 Min
