Hi ladies,

Today I taught my aerobic dance workout to 7 ladies, it is one of my all cardio no weights workout and they wanted different.

Then I did heavy dumbbells since I am off a day this week. Managed pyramid down for chest, and hammer curls starting at 40 pounds, then 35 then 30. Did flies also, starting at 30, then 25. Did 2 sets each of barbell squats at 50, calf raise machine with 45 pounds on it and 90 pound lat pulldown for shoulders.

Oh and I did triceps overhead (2 hands one dumbbell) at 30 and 25 pounds.

Then I did floorwork alternating between crunches, obliques, lower abs with legs up and in with a criss-cross, finished with lying inner thigh leg lifts doing both sides. Oh and I did lying overhead for back using a weighted ball. Also front raise using the 10 pound weighted ball, and a 25 pound plate.

Now to grocery shop.

Oh, and this was an hour long weight workout. Today I was feeling good so I put my all into it.

What a gr8 w/o Annette! Way to go!

I am exhausted... Coming down with a bad cold, so having a rest day today. Hopefully back at it tomorrow.

Elsie - thanks for the offer, but even on gift import taxes have to be paid and shipping is also expensive, so I don't think it would end up any cheaper. I think On Demand may be my best bet... No need for more new shelving and endless choices, plus the blender which sounds amazing!

Hi friends....Annette....sweet good grief, do you ever get tired? Very impressive. Henrietta I hope this cold doesn't last too long. It's been bad this year. Elsie, you're so sweet to try to send things to Henriette. Today I did Kelly Coffey Meyer Cardio quick fix with the bonus glute and core. Have a restful evening everyone.
 
Ok, reporting back....I did a workout mixture, starting with one of Jessica's 10 min quick walks, then I did the
Firm Timecrunch Cardio Sculpt workout. That is a fun 20 min mix of weights and cardio blasts. I hadn't done it

The blender. I wish Cathe would do an update on the new FitTower DVDs. I would think she would be filming

Hi there ladies .....great workouts! I love working with bare plates Annette. When I get settled/moved this year, I am hoping to get more heavies. :)
Aww, that's too bad about all the importing fees Henriette. Hope you are feeling better after a rest over the weekend, perhaps. Get better soon!!
You know, Linda I think I have some of those Firms here somewhere! lol. You reminded me to check those out again (did I say that I got one at the dollar store for 1.40? awesome!!) I don't think I know that KCM one, Peg. She works glutes well though, I know that!!
Everyone (hey there Ceci. Hi Missy Hiett!) have a nice evening. I have a lot of errands to get to, so doubtful I will want to work out when I get home after 10:30 pm, so rest it is here. I feel good that I got all my bits this week, so not worried about it. lol.
