Daily Check In Friday March 2

Good morning ladies - Its cardio for me today. It may be a step. feels like I havent done step in a while.

We are getting ready to go to Sarasota on Sunday. We are meeting my husband's sisters there for a couple of days. It should be fun.

Hi Carmen,

I didn't sleep well so did a mish mash today. I started out with Michelle Doizois's Peak 10 Strength DVD. I lasted 23 minutes - too tired to focus. Then I moved onto upper body ripped and chiselled Jari Love - sans biceps.

Hi gals,

I managed to get in 3 workouts in this week so that is good.

I did Kelly Coffey-Myers' 30 Minutes to Fitness- Kickboxing workout with my weighted gloves on.

Now I am off to grocery shop.
