Good Friday the 13th Friends in Fitness :)

Today I did a mix of a 30 minute YT KB workout - each segment was 3 minutes. I added on a 10 minute Dan the hit man standing KB abs. I did a Cathe warm-up for 5 minutes and my own stretch. That's it for me.

I tried to work out yesterday morning but man, the constant interruptions at 6:30am was outta sight. I only managed 20 minutes of Killer Legs :(

LMRE2- Barre Bootcamp = 44 Min
Rockout Knockout - Timesaver #2- Cardio w/gloves & Heavy Bag= 37 Min
STS 2 - Abs/Core workouts- Standing Abs = 11 Min

Today's workouts for me:

YT-Fitness over 50- "Weighted Vest Sculpting workout" - 22 min.
Virtual Active dvd- "Germany" Treadmill walk- 20 min.

Hi ladies,

Today is my birthday and yes I was born on a Friday the 13th many years ago!

So I stayed home and found a new (you guessed it) cardio kickboxing workout off YouTube. It was an AngieFitnessTV 45 minute workout/ Cardio Kickboxing/ Easy to Follow from 6 years ago. The lady's name is Angie Balgemann. It was a very good balanced workout, nothing too fancy.

I might do something else, not sure yet.

Sorry your workout time got interrupted Siobhan especially at 6:30 in the morning.

Hi ladies:)

Sad to say no workout today my feet are hurting in the instep part of my feet. So this was impromptu rest day due to painful feet.
I did plan for Saturday and Sunday to be my rest days, so that will likely be the plan.
