Hi ladies
Sad to say no workout today my feet are hurting in the instep part of my feet. So this was impromptu rest day due to painful feet.
I did plan for Saturday and Sunday to be my rest days, so that will likely be the plan.
Siobhan- Great workout today with:
YT-KB workout = 30 Min -WTG looks like your enjoying KB, awesome
Then added on- 10 minute Dan the hit man standing KB abs- love KB abs- good stuff!
Finished with a Cathe warm-up for 5 minutes and stretch

Virtual Active dvd- "Germany" Treadmill walk- 20 min.- Pretty scenery I have this same one I use for Bike, love it. It's one of my passport workouts, LOL!
