Daily Check In: Friday, March 11

Hey, I'm on a roll, two days in a row here:p

Yesterday I did CTX chest and back, a 3.5 mile run, and some abs. I don't know what's on tap for me today, I want to fit some biceps and triceps in before tomorrow...leaner legs}(

On Monday I think I'm starting my own rotation that I've molded from one of Cathe's. Can't remember which one it was now, but I switched all cardio to running.

Hope everyone has a great weekend. I saw on the news this morning that there was a baby giraffe born recently, soooo cute. Makes me want to go to the zoo this weekend:+
 
Hi everyone - just curious how long is 50K?? I am horrible at converting kilometers to miles! It sounds like a long long ways! You go Carole!

Yesterday was Imax, the original and today I did MIS upper body and abs, and a nice long walk with the dog later........going back to Norfolk to visit my friend tonight, she had her first baby!!! SOOO excited to go see them!

So in advance..........tomorrow I am doing my long run and Kickmax on Sunday that I am bringing with me and both days we will take our dog around the lake on a walk, I love those old home town trails! :)

I like mixing this running program with Cathe's rotations, it works well and creates a great balance! Sometimes my ankles got sore from too much step!

hi, I made to a morning work out. Yea. I feel like I can't wait to work out now. I did make myself go heavier on my weights for Back and Biceps. Felt good.

I did Back, Biceps, Arms and Stretch Max #3. Love it all. Felt good on the forarms after doing all those curls.

This woman must spend eons of time making these programs. God Bless her so can keep putting out for those of us at home working to making our temples the picture of health.

Hi ladies:

Today is my rest day, after having done Muscle Max yesterday evening. On this rotation I have now done MM 4 times in less than 2 weeks! I think it's great for upper body, but lacking a little for legs--there's not one hamstring or calf exercise. Tomorrow starts the 2nd two weeks of the rotation! Yea! HSC tomorrow.

Crazy day just got my workout in. Did PUB chest and then CTX 10-10-10 for cardio. Down a pound and a half this morning so that was good!!!:7
