Good Morning, everyone! Thought I would go ahead and post a check in, hope no one minds.
Anyhow, I am changing my schedule to do KPC this morning. Body Fat went up 1% so this is an emergency call!!! LOL
Going rollerskating on Saturday too. That will help the ole' legs and butt for sure!! Love to skate fast, and sometimes will do some safe dance moves if the music is just right!;-)
