Today I did a quick Rippedism workout for the legs. It was short but enduring.

Henriette - I thought your name was Henrietta! And I checked. You are from The Netherlands. I assumed you were a soccer mom from some southern state in the US! Funny how I made that assumption.

Mornin Ceci & all :) Hope everyone has been well this week.

another really busy one, so up early to get a workout in today. Last couple of days was a lot of just running/walking around and last night, did some dancing for about 40 mins or so. :)

One set of 17 weighted/holding plate Step ups each side, One set of 17 weighted diagonal Step ups each side.

Hi all.

Today is a much needed rest day for me. I am seriously tempted to do something... As it's so much fun, but my body needs rest... Esp. my ankle. I can feel some pain, but at least I am not limping like last night.

Siobhan - no worries about getting my name wrong. I get that all the time, even here in The Netherlands. Some actually say Harriet, which bothers me more than Henrietta. I live in The Netherlands, but am actually from Denmark. I am definitely not a soccer mom. I am a software tester and youth basketball trainer/coach and of course a mom.

Have a lovely Friday everyone. So glad the weekend is nearly here... Although we have an early start with an away game starting at 9.30 tomorrow morning.

Hi ladies, yesterday was rwst day for me. Today was STS DISC 27 meso 3 week 1' shoulders, biceps and triceps and 20 min core max workout 3 with stability ball and medicine ball. Glad it's Friday!

Today was a mega workout for me.

At home I did a premix off of Hard Strikes the shortest on which is 34 minutes. Then went to the gym and basically did 85 minutes of a Circuit workout including starting with the elliptical going backwards then got off and did floorwork abs and legs. Got back on the elliptical for a forward movement time on this machine then went out to the big gym and did my weight work for chest, shoulders and triceps then did 10 minutes on the stair machine and then ended with biceps and one more shoulder exercise. Ended up being 85 minutes! !!

My birthday is Sunday and of course for the first time ever we change the clocks ahead Saturday night which means I lose an hour of sleep the morning of my birthday :(
