Hi gals,

We had snow nothing laying on the roads but my class attendance suffered. I taught my aerobic dance circuit to 4 ladies who braved the weather.(60 minutes) Then I did 15 minutes of weight work, lighter day today, covering chest, biceps, triceps, then I did 30 minutes on the elliptical , and ended with 15 more minutes of weight work including abs, and legs.

So not bad for a Friday workout.

Wow snow again! I had heard the weather was supposed to be mild today, so it was a nasty surprise to find a thick layer of ice on my car.

Today was a rest day for me. My legs are not really up to the 6 dy schedule I had in mind. Or at least not this way. Maybe I will w/o both Saturday and Sunday to make up for it.

Been watching this owl cam all week. They are magnificent. It's just highlights at this time of day, however.
 
I did Cardio Slam today. I have come so far! It doesn't bother my hamstring at all. I have to take it easy on things that require the pelvic floor, but I was pleasantly surprised by this one today.

Tomorrow and Sunday are cycling days....indoors unfortunately. They are calling for snow on Sunday which is unbelievable!

Today I did a short Rockem' Sockem' premix which included a blizzard blast. Cathe's ICE is pure genius! How does she come up with such great ideas.

Great workouts ladies. Elsie - How is that Suzanne Bowen workout. I am guessing not just for prenatal!

Hi everyone. It seems we're all getting in some decent work as well as rest days. Elsie, I've heard those prenatal workouts are actually great for everyone. I'm intrigued! Personally I have to say....the steroids I've been on since Tuesday are doing the trick. I did a Cathe Live metabolic workout. Taking it slow and steady. That back pain was fierce and intense! Onward and upward people! Have a good one and stay warm.
