Today is biceps & cardio and I'm deciding which workouts as I go.....

I have GSB&B+pull-ups, ab work and cardio at the gym in the evening w/DH. I will probably run if I know me...I have a new ITread I need to take on it's Maiden Voyage!}(

I agree. the term squishy abs is very descriptive!
Slow and heavy legs and shoulders is completed today. I think I may be feeling it tomorrow. My squishy abs will be worked tomorrow!

Hi again!
I did Biceps today from PUB (using 10, 12 & 15 lb. DB's), PS, and BM2 ! I believe my biceps are now FRIED!!!
Also did SM with the SB.
For now anyway, I am skipping cardio. Just don't feel like working up a sweat in this humidity !~ Maybe I'll feel it later.

Hi everyone,
Becky - I know what you mean, I did Kari's Danceworks today and I was dripping...again. That is a nice hi/lo workout, but it is not an Imax, yet I was just soaked through. Humidity!
Do you guys find that you need to go lower in weight as you get older??? I feel my joints are telling me to lower my poundage, and I just don't feel as lean as I would like. I bulk sooo easily that I can't use really heavy weights anyways, but now I am wondering if I need to really rethink everything...hmmm

Hi all,
I did the MM push/pull upper body premix today.
Conni as for your question, I don't necessarily go lighter on upper body but I can't do lower body like I used to. My knees just can't take it, I also can't step anymore, my legs and feet tire something awful with stepping. So in that respect age has caught up with me.
I can't squat with weight or do lunges anymore at all.:-( I guess we are just all getting older.
We finally got rain!!! Maybe now when it is over the humidity and heat will go with it.

I'm redoing my kitchen, new oak cabinets (being built as we speak and will be install the first week of August), new countertops, appliances, paint, floors, etc...
I need your input on appliance as I am slowing going insane. I want stainless steel-look or the brushed stainless that doesn't show fingerprints. (I'd have to quit my job with regular SS as I would be wiping fingerprints 24/7).
What brand do you have? Do you like them?
Any nightmare stories about your or anyone you know appliances.
I am looking at GE... I like their side by side Clean-Steel (fake SS) fridge but I really don't like their Clean-Steel range... I really don't like the Whirlpool SS-like finish.... *sigh*
I'm going out AGAIN tomorrow to look. This is very stressful.
ETA - I will be buying a side by side refrigerator, range, over-the-range microwave, and dishwasher.
