Hi ladies,

Today I went to the gym and did 52 minutes on the elliptical and 50 minutes of weight work including floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.

Benched 100 pounds for 1 rep. Not bad considering I had stopped benching before all this happened.

Super job on that bench press Calico!

KY and Cathe’s Cardio and Weights. This is my all time Cathe favorite! I’ve been looking forward to it all week!

I was dying to jump so I used a 6” step and jumped it. My current rule is I get to step on 8” OR Jump on 6” Once I’ve regained more strength I might change that.

Side planks are still iffy for my collarbone so I stuck to 2 sets of 10 full body push-ups instead. I was able to make the abs planking work though... This is also one of my favorite ab workouts. Such a treat!

Lanette - Cardio and Weights is one of my favorite workouts as well! Have you tried the Live version?

I haven’t tried the live version. We live in an area where good internet isn’t a reality yet. Even downloads can be iffy. Thank goodness for a healthy DVD collection and player!
