Today I only wanted to do a short 30 minutes w/o so chose Cathe's latest live - I did it for 36 minutes and stopped to do my own stretch.

Linda - WTG with your workout mix this morning! and you're right - I missed the low impact descriptor for plyo legs so I'll check it out!
Annette - high fives with your steady gym workout yesterday :)
Nora - I'm sorry to read you've had to miss another workout :(

Nice one, Siobhan, with Cathe’s latest Live…I watched some of it yesterday, but didn’t
“click” with it too much. I like last week’s, the Upper Body Power Sculpt one, better.

yeah, check out Plyo Legs-Low Impact, it’s fun, I guess she titled it like she did, because
all the cardio moves are alot of times higher impact moves, but in this one, she brought
them all down to lower impact. Just for your info, she alternates the cardio with mostly
strength moves using the fabric loop(like her Boss Loop- not the Firewalker loop) so you
will be putting on & taking it off quite a bit.:)
 
Hi ladies,

Already some great workouts all around.

Today I see the hematologist.

I stayed home and did Taebo Boot Camp Cardio Sculpt which is 52 minutes of grueling weights and cardio done taebo style of course. I am a sweaty mess.

But I wanted more weights and I got it.

Hematologist said that I had a unprovoked large 'near catastrophic ' bilateral pulmonary embolisms which means I could have died if I hadn't gotten to the hospital. They drew 10 vials of blood to run all sorts of tests. So now we wait. And I will be on a blood thinner for the rest of my life. There is your update.

Wow, I just read your update. I'm so glad you're doing well now. PTL you are here! Well, blood thinner medication from here on out. I know people who've been put on blood thinner medication.

Here's today's workout:

My dog work me up three different times during the night, so I did not get much sleep. I did not feel like working out, but decided I needed to
do a little something at least. So I did some fun short and fun rebounding that was challenging but good stuff!
