Whaaat? It's Friday again?

Good morning ladies. Today I did Muscle Max Upper Body sans triceps - too tired this morning. Then moved onto two segments of Tracey Mallett's Total Body Sculpt.

Physio guy (been seeing him on and off for years) said I have a torn muscle in my left calf and two mildly sprained wrists. nice. nothing that can't be healed quickly.

Enjoy your workouts - although Conni - I know you've already finished right?

Carmen - it's always good to take a day for yourself. I hope you resolved things with your son.

Yes, I am done for the day, I have to be. I have to be at work by 7:00 am!

Today was supposed to be legs, but I just did Turbobarre, so I opted for High Reps. that tricep section is the only thing I just cannot finish, yuk!

Carmen - I received my dvd yesterday, thanks. Let me know which TF you would like to try next and I will send it out on Monday!

Hi all, very thankful for my gym membership today since it is supposed to be 97 today and a high of 102 tomorrow.

I hit the gym and did 50 min. of weights (I was the only woman there, LOL) hitting all muscle groups.

Now I have to grocery shop and run errands.

Hi ladies - I cant believe I got up this to come to work...feels like Monday!

Today I'm doing a total body compound weight workout that I found online from Athlean X. Its called the walking workout. I'll check back with a review.

Its 3:30 pm and dark and raining.....I must be a steam bath outside.
