Glad to see you back Ceci!
Today I had 1 lady and we did my 140-150+ bpm Freestyle kickboxing. We worked up a good sweat, my shirt was wet.
Then I did 37 minutes of weight work which included barbell bench press, then some free weights(dumbbells) and some cable work and ended with floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.
